In the original timeline, Alice Parker had been accused of using pins she stuck into a poppet, which she claims to simply be her childhood doll, to kill man. She was hung for these accusations, in the presence of Judge John Hathorne.
In the altered timeline, Alice saved by Lucy Preston, Garcia Flynn and Rufus Carlin, like all those who were intended to hang for their accusations of witchcraft. They are likely taken to New Hampshire of a year as Lucy instructed Abiah Franklin to do and likely return to Salem after this.
