Wyatt Logan is one of the main characters of "Timeless". He is portrayed by Matt Lanter.
In December of 1944, Logan then met up with English spy, Ian Fleming. While Fleming and Lucy stopped Flynn from turning Wernher von Braun over to the Soviet Union, Logan and Rufus sabotage his V2 rocket before it could be launched.
In 1962, Logan attempted to send a letter to his wife to warn about her fate.
The only thing we know about Wyatt's family is that his father, as stated by Wyatt "was a first rate son of a bitch".
Wyatt's father infact, used to leave him in the woods and tell him to fix the car. He sat with a beer and a cigarette and laughed at him. When he was fifteen he ran away from his father and became a bootlegger. (“The Darlington 500”)
While Wyatt grandfather, Grandpa Sherwin always picked up him the slack. Wyatt states that his Grandpa served in the 101st Airborne Division during WWII, and says that the reason he fights is to honor his Grandpa and make him proud. (“Party at Castle Varlar”)
Wyatt is married to Lucy Preston, and has two twins daughters with her, aged four, named Amy and Flynn.
Wyatt was married to Jessica Logan until she was murdered in 2012. Wyatt blames himself for the death of his wife and has never forgiven himself.
Wyatt and Lucy are assigned to work together, and initially clash because of their differing perspectives. (“Pilot”) However, Wyatt trusted her, and came to her defense. (“The Assassination of Abraham Lincoln”) Though Wyatt brushed it off, his feelings for Lucy grew. (“Last Ride of Bonnie & Clyde”) Even when he was determined to save Jessica's life, Wyatt showed that Lucy was someone very important to him. (“Karma Chameleon”) Often, Wyatt was more concerned with Lucy's safety than carrying out the mission. (“The War to End All Wars”) He eventually revealed his romantic feelings for her, and said she gave him a reason to care about living again. (“Hollywoodland”) When Jessica was revived, despite wanting to save his marriage, Wyatt couldn't let go of his feelings for Lucy. It clouded his judgment, and made him careless. He ended up hurting Lucy further when his anger and jealousy got the best of him, and she told him to keep his distance because he is married. (“Mrs. Sherlock Holmes”) Wyatt finally realizes how much he hurt Lucy, and confesses his love, without expecting her to say it back. (“Chinatown”) In series finale, Wyatt and Lucy finally get together, after Lucy believes Wyatt dead in an explosion. An epilogue shows Lucy working as a professor again and Wyatt playing with their 4-year-old twins, Amy and Flynn Logan.
Jessica is Wyatt's wife, who originally died in 2012. Wyatt blames himself for his death, and wishes to save her using the time machine. (“Pilot”) Wyatt said that after Jessica died, he lost his way and no longer cared about living. (“Hollywoodland”) He was willing to risk his freedom and life just to save her. (“Karma Chameleon”) Though Wyatt often held their marriage in high regard, it was revealed that he and Jessica would fight a lot. (“The Watergate Tape”) When Jessica was revived, their marriage was rocky, and she asked Wyatt for a divorce. Wyatt exposed the secret of the time machine to Jessica so she would give him a second chance, putting the team in danger. (“The Salem Witch Hunt”) Though others were suspicious since RIttenhouse revived Jessica, Wyatt was in denial, and continued to defend her until he was confronted with the fact that Jessica was, in fact, part of Rittenhouse. (“The General”)
